The mission of Charles Warren Fairbanks IPS #105 is to provide each student an opportunity to demonstrate Excellence, Respect, Scholarship and Courage both in and out of the classroom learning environment.  The IPS #105 staff joins the parents and community to assist the students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a global society.
